1. Wash and dry shirts inside-out.
2. Opt for lower temperatures and gentler detergents.
3. Avoid excessive spin cycles. More can increase wear and tear.
4. Air-dry when possible and, if tumble drying, avoid heavy companions like winter coats or blankets.
5. Iron (if you must) shirts inside-out and use a lower heat setting.
